At CrossPointe Coast our kids (infant through 5th grade) experience safe, age-appropriate environments as we point one another to Jesus Christ.
We would love to see you and your family visit CPKids.
OUR MISSION IS TO PRESENT THE STORY OF GOD TO THE CHILDREN OF CROSSPOINTE COAST THROUGH TEACHING GOD’S WORD AND COMING ALONGSIDE FAMILIES IN PARTNERSHIP AS WE SEEK TO SHEPHERD THEIR CHILDREN’S HEARTS AND POINT THEM TO JESUS CHRIST.
Your First Visit
Here’s what to expect when visiting CPKids for the first time:
You will meet our CPKids Team in the CPKids hallway. There we will meet your family, check your child into our system, and then one of our volunteers will lead your child to their age-appropriate class.
Upon checking in for the first time, we will ask for the following personal information (NOTE: We value your privacy and will not share this information with anyone):
- Parent/guardian name(s)
- Child’s name
- Child’s birthdate
- Phone number
- Any special instructions (allergies, special needs) for your children
Celebration Service for CPKids
Before Celebration Service: You can check-in your child at any available kiosk. If you are a first time visitor, you will need to add the above information to our system and print a name tag. Our check-in assistant will help you. There will be a pen at the desk for jotting down any special information onto the name tag. You may want to verbally pass along the information to the teacher as well. The check-in assistant will lead you to your child’s classroom and introduce you to the teacher.
Celebration Service for CPKids: While your child is in CPKids they will be lead by CPCoast Partners in songs, Bible study, crafts, prayer, snack-time and play-time. We use a curriculum titled, Treasuring Christ to guide the teachers in their planning, teaching and activity. The curriculum walks chronologically through the Bible teaching each story and passage as it reveals God’s grand story of Creation, Fall, Redemption and Restoration. Children who participate in CPKids from K through 5th grade will have walked through the Bible 3 times and with an increasing age-appropriate knowledge and application.
Celebration Service Wrap-up: Shortly after the sermon, the CPKids teachers will bring the children (except nursery) into the Celebration Service to join us for the last three songs.
